I have led on managing a major corporate event the Cornwall Business Awards. This involves year-round project planning, resource, time management, logistics and organisation. Liaising with internal team members and external contractors to organise the awards application process, key events and the awards ceremony. This is alongside being the key point of contact for high value sponsors, media partners to manage publicity and hundreds of businesses that apply and over 40 finalist businesses that attend the awards night. Keeping to a set budget and timescale to deliver a seamless and successful high-profile event.
